DMCA Copyright Policy
Insta-APK respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, we will respond promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim between the notifying party and the alleged infringer, who may be the uploader of the allegedly infringing content.
